A simple design of 3 doors apartment. In this project, we created two seasons of street elevation. Winter and Summer. Also, we didn't 

get a chance to change the footprint size of the existing building. I create a different style of rendering here placing the outlines of the building to have more depth in the standing brick design impression.

Projet : Le San Lion Phase IV et V - 2020
Location: Rue Francs-Bourgeois, Boisbrian Quebec

The design has been changed 3 or 4 times. Too high for the City, Casting shadows massive shadows on the closes residential areas. So we start trimming down on the side and after a while lowering more floor levels. The client is not so happy because of that, But very satisfied with the rendered result. I have fun working on this project. Takes much time and effort but it's a very satisfying result. Please do enjoy the different views and animation.
